PPE's Advanced Series Micro-Processor-Based Temperature Control Modules are designed using advanced technologies for the
plastics industry's stringent molding requirements. The modules are fully automatic and self-tuning, using selectable AccuComp Cycle
or PID power control with fuzzy logic to make intelligent decisions for reliability, precision and minimizing electrical stress on heaters.
The controllers come with state-of-the-art touch key front panel controls with universal symbols, Soft Start to prolong heater life and dry
out of heater moisture, open loop (manual), closed loop (automatic), built in diagnostics with alarms, amps and volts display.
