• Two Manifolds in one both supply and return built as one integral
synchronized unit. TWO MANIFOLDS IN ONE
• Design guarantees equal pressure drop across all pairs of circuits. SYNCHRONIZED
• Single Point Setting – one synchronized handle operates "to" and "from"
mold valves at the same time, saves space, time, helps prevent accidental
spillage of expensive and messy coolant.
• Area of "to" and "from" manifold channels equals total area of "to" and
"from" mold ports which gives the best solution to the "pressure drop"
verses "residence time" equations.
• Solid brass or aluminum construction (not cast, avoiding the usual voids).
• Our aluminum has a special impregnated clear anodized extra hard
ceramic type coating which is necessary to stop corrosion and/or erosion on
aluminum. All surfaces are coated inside and out.
• Full-port ball valves give full flow and quick action.
• Sturdy stainless-steel balls and stems and reinforced PTFE seals are self-
cleaning; and along with plated nuts and handles, are corrosion-resistant.
• NPT access port for mounting of pressure or temperature gauge on both
supply and return sides; can also be used as cleaning ports.
• Ball valves can be easily repaired while mounted; standard hex wrench
used for disassembly.
• Rated for 150PSI at 300 degrees F.
