AA DIE SOAP CLEANING COMPOUND

FOR CLEANING INJECTION - EXTRUSION
BLOW MOLD DIES + SCREWS, BARRELS, ETC.

— For cleaning mold surfaces —
The mold or die surface to be cleaned must be at least 150°F in temperature
to allow the AA Die Soap to melt onto the surface. Hold the bar of Die Soap
and rub against the die surface allowing it to melt on. Apply generously to
the soiled area. Allow the Die Soap Cleaner to set for 5 - 8 minutes. Now
remove with copper gauze, brass scraper or brush.

— For use to purge screws & barrels —
For purging, blend two bars of AA Die Soap with five gallons of natural
polyethylene. Process (purge) at 300°F for more aggressive cleaning of
residue and/or carbon build up. Reduce screw RPM.
