1/2” FILTER DIAMETER Style 500 is suggested only when conditions
STYLE 500 require a smaller nozzle body diameter to fit
recessed sprue bushings. It can be used on
any unfilled general purpose and nylon
materials with shot sizes ranging up to 16
ounces. NOTE: When using this smaller filter
nozzle you will sacrifice some on-stream
foreign material capacity and possibly some
molding pressure loss on larger shot sizes.

1” FILTER DIAMETER
STYLE 1000
Style 1000 is sugested for most
molding conditions and can be used
on all unfilled general purpose and
nylon materials with shot sizes
ranging from 2 to 32 ounces. The
one inch metal filter is designed for
longer on-stream life and no injection
pressure loss. Filter Diameter 1”
Style 1500 is suggested for molding
conditions that require a larger
1-1/2” FILTER DIAMETER capacity filter assembly for larger
STYLE 1500 presses molding large shot sizes.
