NEEDLE GRIPPER

• For materials that are non-dimensionally stable or difficult to handle with vacuum.
• Double-acting enables short duty cycles: separate compressed air connections for extraction/retraction of needles.
• Central bore hole (Ø 11.5 mm) to allow insertion of gripper into stack rails for pick & place.
• Needles centrally crossed for firm grip.
• Needles can be individually replaced.
• Needle stroke adjustable by markings:
1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm.
• Operating Pressure: 36.3 - 116 psi
(2.5 - 8 bar) max.
• Operating Temperature: 14 - 176°F
(-10 - 80°C)
